6. SMS and MMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS and MMS messages from PrismRoute™, you agree to the following terms:

a. Nature of Messages

  • Content: You will receive SMS and MMS messages related to service updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information from PrismRoute™.

  • Advertising Restriction: We will not use your phone number for advertisements unrelated to service recommendations, security alerts, updates, system maintenance notices, two-step verification, or QR codes for service access.

b. Opt-In Consent

  • Consent Requirement: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you give explicit permission for SMS and MMS communications.

c. Frequency of Messages

  • Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on service interactions and promotional campaigns.

d. Opting Out

  • Process: You can stop receiving SMS and MMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Note that opting out may limit notifications on security alerts and system updates.

e. Data Privacy

  • Policy: Your mobile number and associated personal information are managed under this Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of any such collection, we will promptly delete the data.

8. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure high-quality service for all users, PrismRoute™ enforces the following fair usage limits:

a. General Usage Limits

  • Residential Accounts: Limited to 3,000 to 4,000 minutes per month for incoming and outgoing calls, excluding extension-to-extension video calls.

  • Commercial Accounts: Limited to 6,000 minutes per month per line for incoming and outgoing calls, excluding extension-to-extension video calls.

b. Extension-to-Extension (Ext-to-Ext) Limits

  • Audio Calls: Ext-to-ext audio calls are limited to 60 minutes per session (for up to 2 extensions per session) and a maximum of 10,000 minutes per month for a total of 25 extensions. Excessive audio call use beyond this limit will incur additional charges.

  • Video Calls / Meetings: Ext-to-ext video calls and meetings are capped at 60 minutes per session (for up to 2 extensions) and a maximum of 5,000 minutes per month. Usage beyond this limit may incur additional charges or temporary throttling.

  • Idle Time: Ext-to-ext calls (audio or video) will automatically disconnect after 20 minutes of idle time to conserve bandwidth and system resources.

c. Data Usage Limit for Ext-to-Ext Transactions

  • Monthly Data Cap: Data usage for ext-to-ext transactions is limited to 90 GB per month. Excessive data consumption beyond this cap may result in additional charges or temporary bandwidth restrictions.

d. Overage Charges

  • Residential Accounts: Additional charges apply for usage exceeding allotted minutes, with escalating costs based on overage.

  • Commercial Accounts: Similar overage charges apply, with options to add extra minutes or lines for an additional fee.

e. Policy Enforcement

  • Enforcement: PrismRoute™ reserves the right to enforce these limits to ensure consistent service quality. Users consistently exceeding their limits may experience temporary throttling or restrictions and will be notified of additional charges due to overuse.

f. Intent of the Policy

  • Purpose: This Fair Usage Policy is in place to protect all users from service degradation and to maintain a balanced and fair network experience. The policy allows PrismRoute™ to effectively manage network resources and ensure optimal performance for all customers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights concerning your personal information:

  • Access: Review your personal information.

  • Correction: Request corrections to inaccuracies.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your information.

  • Opt-Out: Opt-out of specific data processing activities.

  • Complaints: Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
